- • Contract Formation

After application, the contract is concluded when the User agrees to the quotation presented by the Company.
Cancellations or changes after contract formation shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions.

Up to three (3) days prior to the departure date
*If payment or confirmation of settlement cannot be confirmed by the due date, the contract will be automatically cancelled (Article 5 of the Terms and Conditions).
- • Service Delivery Time
- After payment is confirmed, the service will be carried out sequentially in accordance with the scheduled departure date.
- • Cancellation Fee

Cancellation fees are based on the Terms and Conditions.
The outline is as follows:
• Up to three (3) days prior to the departure date (by 23:59): Free of charge
• Two (2) days prior to or one (1) day prior to departure: 70%
• On the day of departure or cancellation without notice: 100%

- • Returns / Exchanges / Suspension

Due to the nature of the service, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
The Company shall not be liable for delays or suspension due to force majeure such as bad weather, vessel delays, port congestion, or cancellations (Articles 6 and 14 of the Terms and Conditions).
Schedule changes may be accommodated; however, refunds will not be provided.
