After formal acceptance, an invoice will be issued via email.

Payment (Credit Card / Bank Transfer)

Payment is required no later than three (3) days prior to the scheduled departure date.
Upon confirmation of payment, pickup arrangements will be finalized.

Upon arrival, a vehicle condition check will be conducted by an authorized partner.

1. Cargo Inside Vehicles (Critical Notice)

• Loading any items inside the vehicle (inner cargo) is strictly prohibited.
• If such cargo is discovered, shipment may be refused.
• Any additional costs, delays, or losses arising from this will not be the responsibility of the service provider.

2. Vehicles Not Accepted for Transport

• Electric vehicles (EVs)
• Vehicles that are not self-propelled
• Vehicles modified in violation of regulations
• Vehicles without a caution plate (potential theft risk)
• Vehicles classified as classic cars manufactured over 30 years ago
• Vehicles with significant oil leakage (shipment may be denied)

3. High-Value Vehicles

• For vehicles valued at JPY 10,000,000 or more, additional insurance coverage is required.

4. Transport Schedule and Delays

• Delays may occur due to weather conditions, vessel cancellations, or operational circumstances.
• Consequential damages such as schedule changes, accommodation costs, or substitute vehicle expenses are not covered.

5. Pricing and Quotation

• Prices shown are reference amounts and exclude taxes.
• Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of quotation.

6. Additional Charges May Apply

• Vehicles equipped with roof carriers, roof racks, or cargo boxes
• Vehicles with altered dimensions due to tow hitches, winches, or aftermarket overfenders
• Vehicles with insufficient fuel levels (fuel replenishment required)

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are accepted free of charge up to three (3) days prior to the departure date (23:59).
• Cancellations made two (2) days before or one (1) day before departure: 70% of the total charge.
• Same-day cancellations or failure to provide notice: 100% of the total charge.

8. Pre-Confirmation Requirements

• Prior to application, please review the Service Agreement and the Legal Notice.

9. Service Operator

• This service is operated by AutoFuture Co., Ltd.
