Q. How will I receive a response to my Smart Pre-check inspection request?

A.Results will be notified via AF BOX (our proprietary system), email, and LINE (registration required).

Q. What is the difference from other contractors?

A. Crews with experience in Smart Pre-check inspections for export conduct Smart Pre-check inspections, and exchanges become smoother as the number of Smart Pre-check inspections increases.
Since it is a request from AF BOX (our system), you can request it from anywhere as long as you have a mobile phone.

Q. Could you tell me how to use the AF BOX (original system)?

A. We will explain how to use it at web meetings and auction venues. You can apply from the homepage.
We attend auctions every day, so please feel free to contact us.

Q. At which venues can I request a Smart Pre-check inspection?

A. When requesting a Smart Pre-check inspection of AF BOX, the venue where the Smart Pre-check inspection is possible will be displayed.
If you would like, we can send you a list of preview venues for the week.

Q. Can I change the contents or cancel after requesting a Smart Pre-check inspection? Are there additional fees?

A. If you have already submitted a Smart Pre-check inspection completion report, you cannot change or cancel it. If it is before that, we will accept changes and cancellations.
We do not charge a handling fee. If the same vehicle needs to be inspected after receiving the Smart Pre-check inspection results, it will be treated as a new Smart Pre-check inspection and an additional fee will be charged.

Q. Can you handle requests for photos only?

A. We will respond. First, we will listen to your needs and propose the best plan and price.

Q. Is it possible to preview the day before the auction or preview the vehicle that won the first bid?

A. Smart Pre-check inspection reports are made only on the day of the auction. We cannot accept a Smart Pre-check inspection of a single successful bid vehicle.

Q. Is it possible to inspect the flow vehicle and the guardian of the successful bid vehicle?

A. If our crew is at the venue, we will respond. The amount is the same as the preview fee.

Q. Can you see items that are not listed on the exhibition form?

A. If you enter the contents of the preview request that you want to inspect, our crew will take responsibility for the Smart Pre-check inspection.
