Q. How to receive a response my request of Smart AA-check ?

A.Inspection report will be notified via AF BOX , e-mail and LINE (Registration required)
Stress Free by miscommunication and concentrate on your sales activities!

Q. What is the difference from other companies?

A. Our staff has experience and knowledge of export car industry.
You DO NOT need to fill up request form and FAX it auctions because of AF BOX.You can request it from anywhere as long you have a mobile phone.

Q. Could you tell me how to use the AF BOX (original system)?

A. We will explain how to use it at web meetings and auctions. Click ”Contact us” to set up MTG!
We are also at auctions every day, so please feel free to contact us.

Q. Which auction can I request Smart AA-check?

A. Please log-in AF BOX then click ”Smart AA-check”, you will see which auctions are available.
If you want , we can send you a list of auctions for Smart AA-check.

Q. Can I change request content or cancel Smart AA-check after requesting?

A. If you have already received inspection report for your request , you can not change request content or cancel it.
If its before that , we will accept any changes and cancellations as free of cost.

Q. How can I receive inspection report for Smart inspection/photos?

A. Its basicaly same as Smart AA-check.
You will receive notification by e-mail and LINE then see it in AF BOX.

Q. What is service at port?

A. Check your car at port, Measure LWH, Inner cargo, EG number check, Put company sticker, etc

Q. Can you go to retailer to inspect cars?

A. Yes, we can.
Please order by ”Dealer Inspections” and fill up request form.
Please make a apointment by yourself.
